PEOPLE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

RIGHT TO DREAM GROUP

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our Group People team and contribute to the delivery of seamless, efficient HR systems and services. This role ensures the effective operation and continuous improvement of our people systems (with a focus on SAGE People), while maintaining high data quality, supporting core processes, and providing key insights for decision-making.

You’ll support our group-based employees as well as our People Partners across our main geographies Denmark, Egypt, and Ghana. As part of a small, agile team, you’ll work across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding ensuring best practices are embedded, tracked, and improved over time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • SAGE People System Management
    · Serve as the internal subject matter expert for SAGE People.
    · Ensure optimal data quality and integrity within the system.
    · Continuously improve and expand system functionality to align with organisational needs.

     

  • Reporting and Analytics
    · Build reporting frameworks and dashboards for the Senior Leadership Team and other stakeholders.
    · Analyse HR data to provide trends and insights that inform decision-making.
    · Prepare both regular and ad hoc reports.

     

  • People Process Development
    · Support the design and implementation of key People processes (e.g. recruitment, performance, absence, reward).
    · Ensure new processes are effectively embedded across all operating regions.
    · Maintain up-to-date documentation and provide training or guidance where needed.

     

  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    · Assist People Partners and Hiring Managers in managing recruitment through SAGE People.
    · Support interview processes for Group-level roles, when required.
    · Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a consistent and positive experience for new joiners.

     

  • Employee Relations and Offboarding
    · Conduct exit interviews and support offboarding processes for Group employees.
    · Assist with investigations and disciplinary processes when needed.
    · Support risk management by ensuring compliance with internal policies and employment law.

     

  • Performance Management
    · Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals and tracking development.
    · Support the use of the performance module in SAGE.
    · Monitor and report on performance data to help identify development needs or trends.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

About You

You thrive in a role that demands discipline, technical skill, and a strong sense of accountability. You are detail-oriented and dependable, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes while respecting established procedures and guidelines. Your approach is methodical, and you excel at technical problem-solving within approved organizational systems and technology.

You communicate clearly and directly, focusing on task-based, technically oriented interactions. You bring analytical skills and ingenuity to every challenge, and you value integrity, quality, and caution in your work. New ideas and concepts are important to you, but you carefully analyze and test them before adoption.

You also bring:
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an HR operations or people systems role—ideally within an international or fast-growing organisation.
· Strong administrative and data management skills, especially in HRIS platforms (SAGE People experience is a strong advantage).
· Confidence working with reporting and analytics, and a good understanding of how data supports people decision-making.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); Danish language skills are an advantage.
· A collaborative and helpful approach, willing to support others and contribute to shared goals.
