Right to Dream Academy is seeking  to hire a football administrator.


The role of a Football Administrator is to ensure the efficient operation of a football club by managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining clear communication channels.

This role supports the management and coaching staff, helping to enhance administrative efficiency in the department

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative support to the football management team and coaching staff.

  • Support with facilitating visa applications, work permits, and passport acquisition

  • Support with facilitating work permit preparation for staff.

  • Assist with administrative work relating to player and club registration with RFA/GFA.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all football-related admin inquiries.

  • Assist with player transfers, and contract management.

  • Ensure compliance with league regulations

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration.

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a sports organization.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

  • Knowledge of football regulations and league requirements is a plus.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
