IA PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE COACH
RIGHT TO DREAM, INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY
We are looking for a Physical Performance Coach to join our International Academy team. In this critical role, you’ll work with elite young footballers from across the globe, providing them with top-tier physical training that supports their athletic development and prepares them for competitive football careers.
Working alongside coaches, sports scientists, and medical staff, you will have the unique opportunity to help young players elevate their athleticism, resilience, and discipline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the athletic development of our young players, with a focus on strength, endurance, and injury prevention.

Design and implement individualized training programs that enhance on-field performance.

Collaborate with coaches to integrate physical training seamlessly into the football curriculum.

Conduct physical assessments and adjust programs to optimize athlete growth and readiness.

Educate athletes on the importance of recovery, nutrition, and injury prevention to support long-term success.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Ideal Candidate:

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in sports science, exercise physiology, or a related field; experience in strength and conditioning, preferably with youth athletes.

Experience: 3-5 years in physical performance coaching within a competitive sports environment.

Skills: Strong coaching skills, evidence-based approach, and the ability to build rapport with young athletes.

Extensive Travel Required:
This position involves constant travel to various training camps, international tournaments, and academy programs across multiple countries, including Africa, Europe, and the United States. As a key member of our global team, you will need to thrive in different cultural environments and be flexible to changing conditions and schedules. Due to the extensive travel required, the location for this role is flexible. You will be expected to be on the road for upwards 3 months at a time.
Who You'll Work With:
You’ll work directly with players aged 16-18 from various international backgrounds, helping them navigate a pivotal stage in their athletic and personal journeys. With your guidance, these young athletes will develop both on and off the pitch, preparing for potential careers in elite football.
